In this episode we go through my adventure in getting to a decent deadlifting weight. Deadlift is that one move that seperates the serious workout warrior from the dabbler one. Let's talk about it now. What’s this show about?: “Oh my goodness! That’s what I look like!? I’m so fat and gross!” That’s what went through my head when I saw pictures of me from a recent family get together. I had been letting myself go for years and losing my “hot body” ever since getting married... …. Putting on that chunky “husband bod” But for some reason, it never really hit me until that day. “How had it gotten this bad? I used to be so hot. So sexy. So in shape. Ripped body, chiseled arms. 6-pack abs and everything. How did I fall so far?” I had lost my mojo. My motivation. Started diets and joined gyms but always fell off after a couple of weeks. Married my dream girl after winning her over with my chiseled sexiness. That’s when I began losing my motivation to work out and eat right. Carried around a “husband bod” and being over 55 pounds overweight… It seems to happen again and again for those that don’t know this “Warrior Motivation secret”. I discovered this secret and now using it on my journey back to hotness and sexiness, so that I can be more attractive towards my wife again... ...Get my abs back And look good naked. :) ✔️If you struggled with “staying motivated” on your health-conscious journey, then this is the show for you. ✔️If you’ve tried programs and had trouble sticking to them, then you’re going to love this motivation secret. ✔️If you’re looking for the edge in your workouts and meal plans, you found it. ✔️If you want the missing piece to what all those other trainers and guru’s unknowingly leave out, then you’ve found the right place. This podcast is me documenting my journey to making myself HOT again using the motivational secrets I discovered and passing on these secrets to you.

Over the past few months, I've been asking friends for constructive criticism regarding Detoxicity. Several people mentioned that although they enjoy the podcast, I don't do enough talking. Of course, these people are my friends and are maybe tuning in because they want to hear me talk. If you're not my friend and want to give me your honest opinion, find me on IG and shoot me a message! With that in mind, I decided to become the interviewee in this episode. The interviewer, in this case, is Louie Pearlman, a writer and actor that I talked to all the way back in Episode 4. In this episode, I talk about my upbringing in a somewhat repressive environment, my passion for music, mentorship, and a recent middle age personal discovery. I hope you enjoy this episode, and please drop a comment if you want to hear more conversations like this.
